However, due to the nature of our work, which often involves ongoing projects and customized solutions, we cannot offer full refunds for all services.
Refundable Services
- Pre-paid Service Packages: If you have purchased a pre-paid service package and have not used any of the included services, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.
- Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before it is completed, we will refund you for any unused services. The amount refunded will be based on the percentage of the project that has been completed.
Non-Refundable Services
- Services Rendered: We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. This includes services such as SEO optimization, content creation, and web development work.
- Custom Projects: Due to the customized nature of some projects, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun.
- Monthly Retainer Services: Monthly retainer services are ongoing and non-refundable. However, you may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days‘ notice.
